WARRANTY POLICY

Product warranty includes: Repairing technical errors, incidents happened because of mistakes from the manufacture.

  Broken products in these cases listed below are not belonging to our warranty policy.
- The warranty period on the product is expired.
- The product is broken because it is not installed or technically used in an approriate way, when the product is rusted or spotted by corrosion and poured liquid accidentally.
- The products having the signs of being broken since the damage from mice, insects or fire and natural disasters happened. In addition, transporting process is also one of the reasons causing cracking, denting, breaking, scratching.
- Voluntarily dismantled or fixed by yourself.

Note: for some products with their warranty period are expired, our company will offer fixing service with reasonable fee for the customers
